Anthony-Mustafa is senior international executive, board member, entrepreneur and Chief Financial Officer with significant experience in implementation and operations.
Prior to joining World Group Anthony-Mustafa held the position of CFO for the Egyptian Company for Hotels & Touristic Investment, a USD $2 billion public company by market cap with projects in progress $350 million and land bank value $4 billion with a treasury function USD$500 million.
As well as the high profile management of public companies, Anthony-Mustafa has also engineered several re-capitalizations and re-structures including The Academy Milan, Toyota Romania, Anchor Equipment UK, Fenncraft Ltd UK and the Gardiner Wilkinson Group UK.
As further testament to his CFO accomplishments, Anthony-Mustafa restructured the complete financial operating system of Egypt’s 4th largest company with record revenue and profits including reorganizing the complete tax structure and re-designing the internal financial controls.
In public life Anthony-Mustafa was seconded by the UK Thatcher Government to restructure the NHS, a transformational accomplishment with a budget of £15.8 Billion. Anthony-Mustafa holds a BA, Honours Accountancy from ACCA London, is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK and the Institute of Directors.
Mustafa-Anthony’s previous positions include CEO, MD, CFO, Non-Executive Director and Board Member.

Ian Marsh is Chairman of the Think Group, specialists in residential tourism in the Middle East. Winners of the OPP award 2008 Best Partnership Program for African Real Estate.
Mr. Marsh has been engaged at the public policy level over the past few years, advising on various aspects of property development and ownership legislation in the Middle East and Africa.
He is responsible for the foreign ownership policies in Egypt for expatriating UK, Europe and Russian citizens for the purposes of property acquisition. Ian’s Think Group has been the key driver for foreign property ownership in North Africa, and he has designed and directed the policy implementation with the Egyptian authorities, opening the entire region to developers and agents.
Mr. Marsh is a Board Member / Director of Golden Five Group of Mixed-use Resorts with 150 retail outlets across Egypt incorporating 8 hotels with over 3,000 rooms catering predominantly for the Russian and Eastern European sectors.
Mr. Marsh is a significant investor in Cairo and Red Sea property, as well as being Chairman of ERTDA – The Egyptian Residential Tourism Development Authority.
Predominantly involved with financial institutions in the UK, Singapore and Bangkok with Allianz Desdner for over 35 years, Mr. Marsh held regional positions with Zurich Life and Royal Life (part of Royal Sun Alliance) in regards to product delivery channels, sales, distribution, lending and private wealth investments, completing his career at Royal as Head of Pensions.
Ian also served as Chief of Business Development for Acquisitions / Integration for the third largest IFA in the UK (subsequently AXA).
Mr. Marsh is the Chairman of the City Regeneration Trust part of the UK Housing Charity, a Director of The Institute of Financial Planning and Consultant to American Express.

Dick is a senior executive with significant directorship, operational and business development experience in the sectors of real estate development, program/project management, construction, consulting, logistical support and strategic planning.
Dick has directed multi-billion dollar mixed-use development programs for some of the largest real estate corporations in the MENA region.
His active participation as a contractor for the multi-national coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan for the US State Dept, US Dept of Defense and USAID has given Dick a reputation as a creative, solution driven executive in the US Military contracting market.
Dick’s abilities and achievements have been officially recognized by various global leaders including Presidents, Members of Parliament, Fortune 500 Boards and institutions such as UNESCO.
Dick has designed and implemented business development programs in Eastern Europe, the CIS, Balkans, Mongolia, China, Africa and the US. His combined international experience in directing program totals more than USD$20 Billion. Dick hales from Lubbock Texas USA and graduated Texas Tech University.
Prior to being active internationally, Dick spent 35 years in the civil construction industry, administering projects in the United States where he delivered extensive major national infrastructure projects across all sectors of the United States.
